Because of the limited space required, most exercises require a resistance training method that uses a stability ball and dumbbells, rubber band, BOSU ball or TRX as well as one’s own weight. The emphasis is on core and functional training, and building a solid foundation for future success. A preliminary consultation is conducted to determine each person’s fitness goals, nutrition habits, and medical history. Then, a training plan is created. All-in-home personal training sessions last between 30 and 60 minutes depending on the client’s needs.
