In-Home Personal Training

Sahil Fitness Personal Training service takes pride in personal training at your home. A home gym is great! If not, NO PROBLEM! Our Fitness Instructor believes people are more productive when they feel comfortable. Therefore, in-home training is recommended.
Because of the limited space required, most exercises require a resistance training method that uses a stability ball and dumbbells, rubber band, BOSU ball or TRX as well as one’s own weight. The emphasis is on core and functional training, and building a solid foundation for future success. A preliminary consultation is conducted to determine each person’s fitness goals, nutrition habits, and medical history. Then, a training plan is created. All-in-home personal training sessions last between 30 and 60 minutes depending on the client’s needs.

Sahil Fitness Personal Training provides small-group training that is challenging and fun, as well as education and support. Group personal training sessions are limited in number to 5 people. This allows you to receive individualized instruction and supervision by your trainer.
Group training is an engaging workout for all levels of fitness. It can be done indoors or outdoors. Group training is a great way to build a strong work ethic.

Post-Rehabilitation programs are designed for those individuals who are recovering from a variety of musculoskeletal disorders. Sahil Fitness Personal Training post-rehab specialists, review and design exercise programs for clients with specific functional deficits remaining after the diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic diseases. Given the nature of most soft tissue and joint problems, the probability of a more complete recovery is enhanced through a structured approach to exercise.  Team SF’s personal trainers are certified in post-rehabilitation. All trainers have extensive experience with clients who have been through post rehabilitation. They also have vast knowledge about the anatomy of the body, as well as the medical conditions that affect the nervous, skeletal, and cardiovascular systems.

Our services provide extensive, age-appropriate exercises with the goal to improve the health and well-being of children and teens. We work with children to help them develop muscle memory, strength, and flexibility that will allow them to reach their full potential. Once muscle memory has been built, we want to help them in every aspect of their program. We will be focusing on core strength, body weight, agility drills, and plyometric exercises.
